As earlier informed, Phase 2 is a complete, structured, and result-oriented placement training programme designed for students who are genuinely looking for immediate job placement after course completion.

Phase 2 Intensive Placement Training Schedule

Training Dates: May 11 to May 15
Mock Interview: May 15

Students are requested to prepare accordingly and strictly follow the guidelines provided in the PDF shared.

Dress Code Instructions

May 11 to May 14: Students may wear uniform.
May 15: Formal attire as instructed for the mock interview is mandatory.

Students are also required to purchase and keep ready the formal attire, shoes, accessories, and other interview essentials mentioned in the guidelines and show them to the concerned faculty anytime between May 11 and May 14.

This training programme is specially designed to prepare students for real aviation, airport, logistics, and customer service interview environments. Students will receive guidance on grooming standards, professional communication, confidence building, interview etiquette, body language, and industry expectations. The sessions aim to help students become more prepared and confident while attending placement interviews and recruitment drives. Students attending this phase must participate in all assigned sessions and attend every eligible interview opportunity.
